I highly recommend Stella and grants Pass Chevrolet. We looked like the circus coming to town, towing our 25 foot trailer with my old truck, with three dogs inside the cab. It was hot that day, so I couldn’t leave the dogs alone without the air-conditioning on. We did the whole deal, including valuing my trade-in, in the parking lot. Stella arranged transport of my new car, and picking up my trade-in. It was a great experience and I thank them for all their help.

I stopped in unannounced to get a quote for some work i needed to do on the truck. I mentioned possibly getting the oil changed, knowing they were busy I offered to come back another time. Frank, who checked me in, went to work and got a last minute appointment from their service manager David to squeeze me in between their other work. I've only had great experiences here. My most recent visit was last week - they were able to look at my car a few days earlier than expected. They were very thorough in their explanations of what needed to get and done and what was recommended. I appreciated everything about my interactions with them.

I bought the vehicle for $3500 and to get it serviced it will cost $3050, thats $450 less than what I paid for the vehicle. That in itself is a major disappointment.

I was able to actually schedule a time to have my truck serviced, and do it within a couple of days. Pretty efficient, and the service desk was very well organized. My service was complete in 45 minutes.
I was immediately impressed by the way everyone made sure i was being helped. This group works as a team to create a receptive environment. Findings and procedures were explained in careful detail. After a 9 day wait for an appointment, the replacement of my Chevy Equinox transfer case was done very well, and the car was ready when promised.
