I've only had great experiences here. My most recent visit was last week - they were able to look at my car a few days earlier than expected. They were very thorough in their explanations of what needed to get and done and what was recommended. I appreciated everything about my interactions with them.

I was able to actually schedule a time to have my truck serviced, and do it within a couple of days. Pretty efficient, and the service desk was very well organized. My service was complete in 45 minutes.

After a 9 day wait for an appointment, the replacement of my Chevy Equinox transfer case was done very well, and the car was ready when promised. After searching for a Colorado Bison Duramax diesel, I finally found one at Grants Pass Chevrolet in Oregon, 400 miles from home. These people were more than willing to accommodate us. The trip home was great, and the truck got 29 MPG on the way home with all of the emission equipment in place. I'd buy from these people again.
